Chapter 7.  Tensorflow

Tensorflow needs the following installed for Python 3:

       keras
       nameko
       flask
       numpy
       pandas
       sklearn
       tensorflow
       werkzeug
      

The recommended install for Python 3 is with virtualenv, and then it must be installed in ~/tensorflow.
