Ap joomuk jirugi

English:
Fore front punch.
This is the basic punch and also one of the most powerfoul if used correct. The punch may be used in most stances. As a 10. Gup you learn to use the punch as an straight (baro) punch.
Combined with stances:
Narani sogi - Narani so Jirugi
Annun sogi - Annun so Jirugi
Gunnun Sogi - Gunnun so Baro Jirugi.
