Da har vi kommet til siste bilde i serien fra det nordvestlige Australia. Sånn ser det ut utenfor Sun Pictures, verdens eldste utendørskino, etter siste forestilling. Stedet har en utrolig atmosfære, og det å se en film der bare må man gjøre når man besøker Broome.

Filmen kan gjerne være dårlig, for det viktigste ved opplevelsen er å se øgler og andre ugjenkjennelige skapninger snike seg gjennom gresset foran føttene dine mens filmen kjører, skyggene av flaggermus blir enorme oppe på lerretet, som ellers også viser massevis av små gekkoer som løper rundt og snapper til seg fluer som tiltrekkes av lyset fra filmen. Anbefales!

This is the last photo in the series from the northern part of Western Australia. It shows the scene outside Sun Pictures, the world's oldest (outside) picture gardens, after the last movie of the evening. The place has an incredible atmosphere, go there if you ever find yourself in Broome.

The movie can be as bad as it wants. The most important elements of the screening will be there anyway: Lizards crawling through the grass in front of your feet during the movie. The shadows of bats seeming enourmous as they fly in front of the beam of light from the projector. The screen full of gekkos running around, feasting on bugs attracted by the lights of the movie. I loved every second of it.
