Moa sogi.

English:
Close stance.
Description:
Paralell feet - heels (and toe) together. WD: 50%/50%
Facing:
Full or side.
 

Moa jumbi sogi A.

English:
Close ready-stance A.
Description:
Feet - same as Moa sogi. Right hand forms a fist, left hand open - fingertips side by side. The tip of left hand's pointing finger (finger #2) on top of right hand's knuckle #2. Letf hand's thumb on top of right hand's knuckle #1.
Hold your hand's 30 cm out from your lips.
 

Guburyo jumbi sogi A.

English:
Bending reaady-stance A.
Description:
This is a right stance while standing on the right foot. This stance is the basic position for the side piersing kick (Yop cha jirugi). Arms forming a Daebi Magki.

Gojung sogi.

English:
Fixed stance.
Description:
Same as Niunja sogi, except:
  1. the distance between the feet is measured toe/toe (thestance is one foot-width longer)
  2. WD: 50%/50%
Facing:
Half.
 

Guburyo jumbi sogi B.

English:
Bending ready-stance B.
Description:
This is a right stance while standing on the right foot. This stance is the basic position for the back kick (Dwit cha jirugi). Distanse between arm and hip is 25 cm. Albows is bent 30°.
