If copying from f.ex. the textbook - word by word - it would be to violate
the (c) laws.
In the topic of TKD-Tull patten meanings and movements there is some
coplicationg matters:

1. There is several books using the same words to describe the meaning - who
was first, is any of them violatng the first book's (c) protection - or have
theese books made a presedence that this topic(s) have a (c)-left on them.

2. Is this to be counted as common-knowledge (like Einsteins relative
theory) - and if so, there is no (c) protection on the meaning - only on the
paper (you breake the (c) when xeroing it from a book, but not by writting
it of by hand/pc etc.)

3. Mutch of the topics in the meanings of the patterns is common-knowledge -
like the history of Ah Chang Hoo, Dan Gun and the Hwa Rang's and the meaning
of the diaphgrams. What that is left is those few sentences combining this
common-knowledge to the pattern, like the ones describing the amount of
movements and a pearson's birth-latitude (Yul-Gok & 38 for instance) For
patterns like Whon Hyo everything is "Common-knowledge".

I do not think so - but then I am not an examinator.
I have always put my own words on the pattern history - adding something and
sometimes removing some (not always recomended to remove topics..) I have
not got any problems with this in my decade of TKD practising - but 100
repraced histories will make a nice mess ...

See pt. 2 and 3 abowe. To not breake any possible (c) laws it would be
better if every Web publisher put their own word's in the history - but this
would make a mess of "different" stories, and make newbies confused - so a
common history is the best.
