Word   

Part of the fearsome threesome, Word is usually found together with Stick and Stone. Word is perhaps the more dangerous of them all, as he is not obviously dangerous.

Word is a Kabaddi stylist, but prefers to keep his powers hidden. He is very manipulative, and highly intelligent. Though unranked, he is very skilled, easily the equal of a Rank 5 or Rank 6 Street Fighter.

A fairly small, black man from New Orleans, Word usually dresses Blues Brothers style - that is, in a black suit, white shirt, black shoes and white tie. His clothes are not of very good quality, however - he tends to go through quite a lot of clothes because of his chosen occupation as muscle-for-hire. And sometimes, just sometimes, they'll even take on wet work.

Word is the face man for Stick and Stone, and the one that the employers contact. On the street, word is that Word is associated with organized crime of some sort - but nothing substantial has been turned up.

In combat, Word will often wait until the last possible moment before unleashing his Kabaddi powers, preferring that Stick and Stone tire the opponents before he enters the fray.
