A comparatively short, slender black male, Reggie is always moving as if to
some unheard music. His dreamy eyes regard everything equally, and a slight
smile always creases his lips. He doesn't talk much, and when he does, it
is usually of something that doesn't quite fit - as if he was participating
in a slightly different conversation than the rest of the world.
Reggie is another of DeeJay's proteges, concentrating on the kicking techniques
of Western Kickboxing. He is somewhat bothered with Hannibal's lack of honor
occasionally, but doesn't really feel that it is his place to do anything about
it.
Reggie's kicks are fast and executed with excellent technique, making them
beautiful to behold - and terrible to be hit by.
