Sawed-Off is the right hand man of High Step. He has tortured himself to be better for High Step (High Step, by the way is about as charismatic as Hitler with a cumulative Transform attack based on ECV which is invisible which can turn people into his servants. You get addicted to his personality if you spend enough time around him). Sawed-Off has ripped and burned his skin in hopes of making himself tougher so that he might kill for High Step more efficiently. His Damage Reduction takes into account his high pain tolerance. He is also a stone-cold muthah which accounts for why he is rarely impressed. He runs a good portion of the business for High Step and runs it all on High Step's "Day Off". He will attack in the most efficient manner possible but if he begins to have the upper hand and he is not pressed for time, he will make it slow, painful and humiliating. He uses acrobatics to the fullest in melee combat but would rather just shoot first and then beat you down. Its best to put two characters against him in a fight....really. He rarely speaks but when he does, he is usually threatening them in a low-key calm voice while pointing a gun at them.
