Obar house Nilabbar is a high-ranking noble within that house - about as high ranked as a male can get at any rate. One of the Masters at the Sorcere academy, he has volunteered to lead the Sorcere research on magic at the outpost, to get away from the intrigues and eternal backstabbing of Ched Dorfei.

It is almost unseemly the way he almost has a friendship with his goblin handyman, Peshk. However, despite his lack of ruthlessness, his magic is as strong as ever. Make no mistake, Obar will strike decisively, if provoked enough.

Physically, Obar is distinctive in that he is completely bald, with very white eyes - almost as if he is blind. His eyesight, however, is as sharp as ever, as are his physical reflexes.

The buffed section presents the stats as they look after Obar's cast his buff spells or drunk potions that grants him the relevant powers, in this case Fly (spell), Haste (potion), Cat's Grace (potion), True Seeing (spell), and Greater Ironguard (spell). The roll for Cat's Grace is assumed 2, granting him a stat bonus of +3.
