Vi har kommet til siste stopp på rundturen! Dette er Teotihuacan utenfor Mexico City. Massevis av stein lagt pent oppå hverandre. Det var imidlertid ikke aztekerne som gjorde det, samme hva alle tror. Heller ikke (antagelig) var det noen utenomjordiske skapninger som ryddet seg landingsplass. Derimot var det teotihuacanerne, en gjeng vi vet cirka ikkeno om, bortsett fra at de må ha vært ganske mange.
Last stop on the Meso-American tour of mine this year; Teotihuacan, just outside Mexico City. Lots of stone neatly arranged, not by the Aztecs, not by aliens (probably), but by the Teotihuacans, about whom we know precious little. But they must have been a bunch of people! The largest pyramids in the New World. (Well, not really, but the largest one isn't very famous.)
