Jeg tror ikke Kars har noen bestemte regler for hvilken farge man skal ha på husene. Muligens unntatt at det er forbudt å ha samme farge som naboene.		I don't think there are any regulations concerning what colour houses in Kars must be painted in. Possibly apart from a rule that says you must choose a colour different from all neighbouring buildings.
