The Warring Kingdoms is the South-East span of land, filled with a large amount of various smaller countries. The area is more fertile and mineral-rich than the rest of Kairn, lending itself to more populous, rich and centralized system; a natural breeding ground for strife and contention. This has for centuries resulted in endless wars, complicated alliance trees and incredible loss. Yet the people and land are resistant and together with a magically aided effort to repopulate and repair the broken countries, it is rarely more than a few decades after a complete loss that a country is back on its feet and swinging for the enemy.
Much of the Warring Kingdoms is dominated by the constant evolution and revolution of magic, technology and politics. Due to the constant race for an advantage between nations, many new technologies have been developed over the years and are currently being tested, such as saw mills, altenrative fuel sources and reinforced steel. At the same time, new planar theories, the documentation of higher level spells as well as the recent advance of Hextech has dramatically changed the magical world as of late. In politics, there is typically a constant power struggle both internally and externally, with long-lasting as well as nwefound rivalries resulting in dastardly plots and dangerous gambits.
