The Low Delequor is a position higher above the High Priest again and are typically responsible for large cities and coordinating the efforts of many other priests under them. Their job is a mix of politics, evangelising and providing necessary magical services to those the church currently favors while damaging those the church deem a danger. This comes in many forms, but is typically a mix of magical means and using their public sway to prevent unorthodox nobles, merchants and other people of interest from carrying on their nefarious business.
Most Low Delequor are selected after a period of servitude as a High Priest, typically those who display the most magical ability while not getting too friendly with neither the higher nor lower echelons of society. Low Delequors posess formidable magical prowess and are typically given some amount of combat training which allows them to be a deadly force when necessary.
